What currency are the prices in?
All prices stated are in Singapore Dollar (SGD)

Can I make payment via Paynow/Paylah?
Yes! Both payment methods are preferred. Please drop me an email and I'll help you with your order.

Do you ship overseas?
I currently do not have overseas shipping rates set up on this online shop. However, if you wish to purchase something, feel free to drop me an email and I'll help you work out the shipping rates.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow up to 7 working days for orders to be packed and shipped. Most orders will be shipped via Singpost, which takes 2 working days for delivery. Your patience is appreciated!

Self collection
Self-collection dates will be arranged via email after your order is placed. Collection venues will be at either Sengkang MRT or Clarke Quay MRT (only weekdays).

Exchange & returns
Unfortunately, exchanges and returns are not accepted once the order has been shipped out. However if you items are damaged, please drop me an email and I'll be happy to work something out with you.
